1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Jannah Jabbar's Management's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Jannah Jabbar's Management's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Jannah Jabbar's Management makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Jannah Jabbar's Management. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing promotions. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Jannah Jabbar's Management or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Jannah Jabbar's Management's website.
6. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations
All fees paid to Jannah Jabbar's Management are for professional services rendered or to be rendered.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payments for services that have already been started, prepared, processed, scheduled, or completed are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
This includes, but is not limited to, tax preparation, tax consultations, bookkeeping, payroll support, financial reporting, business consulting, tax planning, tax resolution support, and other professional or administrative services.
Deposits, consultation fees, preparation fees, and advance payments may become non-refundable once work has begun, an appointment has been reserved, documents have been reviewed, or resources have been committed to the client's matter.
Any request for cancellation, refund, or account adjustment must be submitted directly to Jannah Jabbar's Management for review.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe that a payment was made in error or that there is an issue with a charge, please contact Jannah Jabbar's Management before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Jannah Jabbar's Management reserves the right to respond to any dispute or chargeback by providing relevant documentation to the financial institution or payment processor. Such documentation may include signed agreements, payment authorizations, invoices, appointment records, communications, submitted documents, work performed, completed services, and other records related to the transaction.
Refunds, credits, disputes, and chargebacks will be handled in accordance with applicable law, payment processor requirements, and any written agreement between Jannah Jabbar's Management and the client.
8. Tax Preparation Fees and Tax Outcomes
Fees charged by Jannah Jabbar's Management for tax preparation and related services are based on the professional services provided and are not contingent upon the amount of a client's tax refund, tax credit, tax liability, or other tax outcome.
Payment of a preparation or service fee does not guarantee a particular refund amount, tax result, approval, acceptance, or outcome from the Internal Revenue Service or any state or local taxing authority.
Changes to a tax refund, tax liability, credit, or other tax result after filing do not automatically entitle the client to a refund of fees paid for services already performed.
9. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By purchasing services, submitting payment, booking a paid appointment, signing a service agreement, or authorizing Jannah Jabbar's Management to begin work, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable fees, cancellation terms, refund policy, and payment-dispute provisions described in these Terms of Service.
